In May, 2005, headed by Mr. Liu Meng，the entrepreneurial team started a pyrites-made sulphuric acid project with annual capacity of 60000 tons in Dongchuan district of Kunming city, with the initial capital of 15 million RMB.

In 2006, a Feed Grade Dicalcium Phosphate project with annual capacity of 60000 tons was invested, transforming sulphuric acid from sales product to intermediate raw material, furtherly extending the value of sulfur resources.

In 2009, the second pyrites-made sulphuric acid project was invested and constructed, in the same period, the annual capacity of Dicalcium Phosphate was expanded to 150000tons, forming a certain scale system of phosphorus chemical products.

In 2010, Chuan Jin Nuo(CJN) completed the share reform and launched the IPO listing project, stepping towards the capital development process .

In 2011, Chuan Jin Nuo(CJN) invested a Feed Grade Monocalcium Phosphate (mainly used for aquatic feed and high-end livestock and poultry feed) project, completing the first upgrade of feed phosphate products.

In 2013, Chuan Jin Nuo(CJN) initiated a Triple Super Phosphate project with annual capacity of 150000 tons, expanding the application field of phosphates, forming a dual series of plant & animal phosphate products.

In 2016, the annual capacity of Feed Grade Monocalcium Phosphate was expanded to 100000 tons.

On March 15, 2016, Chuan Jin Nuo(CJN) was successfully listed in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange IPO, opening a new mode of capital operation. In the same period, the company constructed production lines of hemihydrate wet process phosphoric acid with annual capacity of 130000tons, granular monodicalcium phosphate and monocalcium phosphate with annual capacity of 200000 tons, supported by the funds raised from IPO.

In 2017, a wholly-owned subsidiary Guangxi Chuan Jin Nuo Chemical Co., Ltd.  was established in a coastal city--Fangchenggang. The company constructed production lines of the hemihydrate wet process phosphoric acid with annual capacity of 200000 tons, industrial grade purified phosphoric acid with annual capacity of 100000 tons, triple super phosphate with annual capacity of 200000 tons, and other fine phosphates.

In 2021, Kunming Manufacturing Base began trial production for iron phosphate, a cathode precursor material for lithium iron phosphate battery, each quality specification and test has been steadily promoting, opening a new era of the new energy industry for Chuan Jin Nuo.

Starting from 2022, Chuan Jin Nuo continues to deepen the construction of a green recycle economy industrial chain of comprehensive phosphates system. At the same time, the company plans new energy industry development projects of "iron phosphate" with annual capacity 150000 tons and “lithium iron phosphate"with annual capacity 100000 tons, in Fangchenggang Manufacturing Base, in Guangxi province, giving full its strengths for the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
